Looking for a designer who owns designs from concept to handoff?
Hi, I'm Alex. From early-stage startups to a large enterprise platform, I've designed many new products from the ground up, whether it was with directors on my team or product founders. I've spent five years in product design, with nearly four of them at Sprinklr in B2B SaaS. I've learned that the important part isn't designing the prototype, it’s understanding the problem a product is solving and translating high-level needs into a clear roadmap.
Why am I fit for this role?
I’m familiar with cross-functional collaboration
I’m used to working at a high level alongside directors, product, and engineering. Bringing an idea to life requires cross-functional alignment and understanding across the whole team. Getting valuable feedback while rapidly prototyping is vital for success in this space, as it’s much cheaper to revise a prototype than something implemented in code. Once something is implemented, design QA is important to ensure the final experience works as intended.
I’ve owned products from idea to implementation
Seeing a product from the initial idea to implementation is a process I’m familiar with. From exploring a problem space to prototyping and testing market fit, ambiguity is part of every project and I aim to find answers through real feedback from users and stakeholders. Getting a product to a place where it is solving real user needs while achieving key business goals is something I strive for on every project.
I value accessibility
Accessibility should be a requirement, not an after thought. I’m familiar to using and contributing to a design system that is accessible by nature, and keep accessibility in mind when creating and documenting new patterns. This includes, color and contrast compliance, using readable fonts, clear focus states, and text alternatives to name a few. I value products that value accessibility.
Relevant Projects
In-App Surveys
A customer required a survey distribution capability that wasn't yet available in the platform. Although this feature already existed on the roadmap, it was prioritized to support a deal in the $250k - $350k range. As the sole designer responsible for survey distribution features, I led the end-to-end design effort while modernizing existing workflows along the way.
Platform Settings Redesign
Settings across four product modules had evolved independently over time, resulting in inconsistent navigation, duplicated patterns, and a frustrating experience for users. My goal was to create a unified settings experience that made configuration easier to navigate while establishing scalable patterns for future growth.
Influencer Marketing
Customers were running influencer campaigns outside the platform, with no surface, no pattern in the design system, and no internal agreement on what the product should be. I built discovery around conversation instead of filters, because people described who they wanted in language our filters couldn't express, and it launched to three beta accounts.
What I Bring
End to end ownership
Experience working cross-functionally
Working directly with engineering
Design systems & pattern documentation
Creating interactive prototypes
Treating accessibility as a requirement
Patterns that outlast the project
