I'm Alex Gearhart, a Product Designer passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences that help people accomplish their goals with confidence. I enjoy transforming complex problems into thoughtful, user-centered solutions through research, collaboration, and iterative design.
Over the last four years, I've worked on a variety of projects for a large B2B SaaS enterprise company, partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and design experiences that balance user needs with business goals.
Most recently, I worked at Sprinklr, an AI-powered customer experience management platform, where I designed complex workflows for enterprise web applications that help organizations better understand, engage, and support their customers at scale.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in UX Design from Purdue University, along with a minor in Communications and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. These experiences have strengthened my ability to balance user needs, business strategy, and clear communication throughout the design process.
Design Philosophy
To me, great design is more than creating something that looks polished—it's about creating experiences that work effortlessly for the people using them. Every design decision, from the overall user flow to the smallest interaction, should have a clear purpose.
Throughout my process, I continuously ask whether the experience is helping users achieve their goals in the simplest and most intuitive way possible. By questioning assumptions, validating decisions, and paying close attention to the details, I strive to create products where functionality and visual design work together seamlessly. After all, even a small point of friction can have a significant impact on the overall user experience.
