Written for Google - UX Designer

Looking for a designer who has already built experiences for creators?

Hi, I'm Alex. From early-stage startups to a large enterprise platform, I've designed new products and built on existing experiences. I've spent five years in product design, with nearly four of them at Sprinklr. I've learned that the important part isn't designing the prototype, it’s understanding the problem a product is solving and creating simple experiences that anybody can use.

Why am I fit for this role?

I’ve built experiences for creators

At Sprinklr, I designed a new influencer marketing platform that connects creators with businesses to promote new products. Working alongside design directors, UXR, product managers, and engineering, I started by understanding the core needs of both campaign managers and creators. From a creator’s perspective, this included outreach, campaign invitations, and submitting advertising content for approval.

I’ve designed translation experiences

Another project I worked on was defining translation experiences for a new survey product at Sprinklr. Making every survey available to every respondent was a core part of the survey building experience. From building the flows that allowed users to create translations for their surveys, to defining how respondents select languages, I became very familiar with users on either end of the experience.

I partner with UXR to identify user needs

On every project, I worked with UXR to understand the problem space I was working in to ensure I designed an experience that solved real user needs. This is a critical part of any project, as designing based off assumptions can end with a product that doesn’t work for everyone. Cross-functional collaboration is something I’m very familiar with, and I always see projects from idea through implementation with engineering.

Relevant Projects

In-App Surveys

A customer required a survey distribution capability that wasn't yet available in the platform. Although this feature already existed on the roadmap, it was prioritized to support a deal in the $250k - $350k range. As the sole designer responsible for survey distribution features, I led the end-to-end design effort while modernizing existing workflows along the way.

Platform Settings Redesign

Settings across four product modules had evolved independently over time, resulting in inconsistent navigation, duplicated patterns, and a frustrating experience for users. My goal was to create a unified settings experience that made configuration easier to navigate while establishing scalable patterns for future growth.

Influencer Marketing

Customers were running influencer campaigns outside the platform, with no surface, no pattern in the design system, and no internal agreement on what the product should be. I built discovery around conversation instead of filters, because people described who they wanted in language our filters couldn't express, and it launched to three beta accounts.
